I have a TJ1410B and the old owner had the function "Gear Control" off, so i need to turn it on cause sometimes the gear doesn´t engage properly and when i press the button to move she goes freely, and sometimes that can cause dangerous situations.

So, i need to acess the "Authorized Personal" function to active the "Gear Control", but i cant find the acess software to give me the 4 digits code to get in, can anyone tell me the name of the software? where can i buy it?

Both sensors (XT2/19 and XT2/20) are in good conditions, and all makes me believe that the problema is on the acess to turn on the function "Gear Control".

In Portugal John Deere doesnt work, i already asked for assistance twice and they never come, its how they work.
