efter vintern fungerade det i några skogar i sommar

nuvarande problem:
- INGEN differentiell lås fram / bak
- INGEN bromsar
- mycket oljeläckage från ventilstyrning
- lite oljeläckage i främre / bakre axlar
- Jag började ha några problem med en motorcylinder
- långsam drift vid uppvärmning

idag rengjord oljetank - var skräp.
började sätta ventilstyrning på mycket lättillgänglig plats, för att se möjliga läckage och snabbt fixa dem!

Sorry that there were no updates. I will continue this thread in English, because that will also be quicker and easier to post.
Currently Valmet is working in forest with heavy conditions - basically we are swimming in water/mud, but works great, full loads coming out.
After this object I will do more work with fixing and improving it. In around March.

Here are some pictures with Valmet in action. Also in same day when I took pictures unfortunately something just broke.

Left wheel is a bit too far as you can see in picture:

Immediately stop any work and checked:

So nut was unscrew for some reason and gear is broken:

I have another spare axle, but it don't have differential lock and again it don't even have right size gears and will not fit anything from it at all. One side even in not really good shape. So this axle will go for sale soon, maybe someone still need.

One broken seal as well. But that is russian one, so cheap replacement there:

That's so great! Can you share more pictures? What have you modified, customized etc. What are your common problems? Where are you getting parts etc.?

Unfortunately it's unknown to know how many hours have been on mine, but definitely over 30000, as now there is 27000 and that engine hour clock is not working at the moment and in history there were some crankshaft fixing changing. I don't know full history.

Unfortunately I need to quickly finish object and fixing things in mud is quite taught. As gears were still usable we decided to keep the old ones just for this object and do big maintenance immediately afterwards.
So problem why gears teared down was that someone has installed large washer before big nut, so small screws that lock nut were trimmed by gear and apparently that nut unscrew as well. And that again caused gears to loose their positions and some gear teeth were damaged.

Some pictures of this maintenance in forest/mud:

This is the nut. I also need to make some tool to open it properly, now using chisel and hammer as someone has already did it there was fastest solution.

So a lot of things going on now and a lot have been done.
- We swapped front axle gears which were bad from last time and I also purchased additional parts for front axle from friend.
- Front axle diff lock was on/off all the time from last time, so we disassembled whole axle till reduction drive to get that diff lock fixed, which wasn't faulty, just mechanism which turns it on/off was felt off from gear. From my understanding if you want to remove front axle shaft which have differential lock, you need to turn it on and only then it can be removed, otherwise it will fell off as we had, when shaft came out!
- We started to work on rear axles, where left side was a bit folded. So here are some pictures:

So we have some rear axles from spare valmet 862, but not very good condition thou:
Bild

In one of spare axles, seems previous owners never changed oil or anything inside:
Bild

Without bearing and here are parts from it:
Bild

Like I said, without bearing and low oil levels:
Bild

Our current rear frame. So from inspecting everything, this seems like a weak spot, or previous owners drove with too large loads:
Bild

So this is the cause of folded left side:

So this rear axle frame is for scrap yard! Will swap this one with one from 2nd picture which is in good condition.
Update will follow.
